At Modern Care Medical Group Family Practice we want to be as accessible as possible to our patients for making appointments to see us. Please call the office (978-868-5000) at any time during office hours to make an appointment or if outside of office hours, you can leave a message requesting an appointment on our 24 hour answering service and we will return your call the following morning. We will always do our best to work with you to accomodate your preferences for every appointment and to respect your busy schedule.

We reserve a number of available appointments each session to enable us to see as many "same-day" appointments as possible so please call us to enquire if available. (Priorities for filling same-day appointments will be given based on severity of the patient complaint).

Over the next weeks, we will be adding a Patient-Direct access Online Port-hole to this page to allow all patients to see current openings and select an appointment time that suits your schedule.
